This is the flavor we crave most often. Works beautifully on a cheese plate or between layers of a fall cake. One local pastry chef used it to create a batch of French macarons.
We like the pomegranate jelly because it reminds us of the days when we had to ask for virgin Shirley Temples at bar mitzvahs. A little bit of lemon-lime soda and a dash of grenadine (that's an extra-sweet pomegranate syrup). It's a potion that fueled us through endless hours of the Electric Slide.
to think of it, maybe it was all those antioxidants
that made those Shirley Temples so addictive...
